loweel: Then you need a preproduction switch to test 🙂

loweel: Interesting way to crash haproxy from remote. Requests which are marked as BADREQ are still taking resources to haproxy. Basically, is about closing the tcp connection with RST before of having sent all the fragments of a tcp PSH.

loweel: Incredible. Haproxy crashes for no reason after a while, just because I put SSL in the backend….. I thought it was rock stable…

loweel: Well, the range of a Powerline/powerlan is ~300 meters. And everybody you want to reach has a power line. And, by the way, NSA would not even notice you are transmitting, because you don’t release waves on the air. This was my initial idea, at least.

loweel: Yep. I was playing there some times ago, and it was good. Unfortunately here in Germany “Freifunk” got all the attention, so it is not that known. Is it because of this meshnet concept now I have some crazy idea, like using “Powerlan” on a block base, since the copper cable has very good behaviour in frequency, so I am fighting with PowerLan to check how far it can go. Quite a powerful idea, this “meshnet”.

loweel: I think if people was aware of the amount of checks the SS7+GSM stack is doing about them , no people would use a mobile phone. Luckily , SS7 and GSM are not well known by most of hacktivists.

loweel: Yes, cjdns is a quite good project. The only issue is to find an access point to hyperboria.

loweel: I tried, but I abandoned it. too complex to be safe. Hard to manage, hard to understand, documentation is poor. So how can it protect your privacy?

loweel: Should be fixed now. Haproxy working with SSL backend. No runtime translation of addresses now. 🙂
